Space Frame Quality Control Point

1. Space frame material shall conform to design requirement.

2. Designed dome space frame shall conform the relevant codes.

3. Quality control of space frame assembly.

4. Uniaxial bearing capacity under tension and compression of spherical joints shall be equal to base material.

5. The tensile strength test of the thread of the maximum ball bolt hole shall be carried out.

6. Before installation, installation or construction methodology shall be checked and ensured.

7. Datum axis and column top elevation must conform to design and codes.

8. The deflection value of space frame under self-weight and loads shall be mainly controlled. The average deflection value of measuring points shall not be more than 1.15 times as much as the design value.
